A few of the homes and spaces we have shaped, in Denmark and southern Sweden.
Residential renovation, Soborg
Villa Soborg
A 1950s brick house, opened up to its garden. We took down the walls that closed off the back and set a long line of glass in their place.
The brick stays honest, inside and out. Light now runs from the street through to the trees.
Residential renovation, Vesterbro
Apartment Vesterbro
Eighty four square metres, rebuilt around a central oak volume. The oak holds the kitchen, the storage and the doors, and frees the rooms around it.
Everything a hand touches is wood. Everything else is white and quiet.
Small commercial, Copenhagen
Cafe Moln
A sixty cover cafe in lime plaster and steel. Soft plaster walls meet a hard steel counter, warm against cool.
We held the palette to two materials, so the room reads as one calm space from morning to night.
New build, Tisvilde
Summerhouse Tisvilde
A pine summerhouse near the coast, with black window frames that catch the sea light. Inside, untreated pine holds the warmth of the day.
The house sits low in the dunes and asks for very little. That is the point.
